Yanlord Land Group is a real estate developer based in the People’s Republic of China. The Group focuses on the development of high-end fully fitted residential, commercial and integrated property projects in strategically selected key and high-growth cities across China. Yanlord Land Group was listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange in June 2006.

Since Yanlord’s foray into the Chinese market in 1993, the Group has established a track record for developing high-end quality residential property developments in prime locations within affluent cities such as Shanghai and Nanjing. These developments house international communities of residents and include Yanlord Garden, Yanlord Riverside Gardens and Yanlord Riverside City in Shanghai and Orchid Mansion, Bamboo Garden and Yanlord International Apartments in Nanjing.

Today, the Yanlord brand is renowned for premium quality within the property industry. Yanlord’s residential developments are typically characterised by large-scale, multi-phased projects designed and built by international architects, leading designers and reputable contractors.

Currently, the Group has an established presence in 10 key high-growth cities within the four major economic regions of China, namely, Yangtze River Delta – Shanghai, Nanjing and Suzhou; Western China – Chengdu and Guiyang; Bohai Rim – Tianjin and Tangshan; and Southern China – Zhuhai, Shenzhen and Hainan.

To fuel the sustained growth of the Group, Yanlord has adopted a prudent and calculated expansion strategy in expanding its existing land bank. Leveraging its experience in various cities where its operations are based, the Group actively seeks to secure commercially viable prime land banks in city-centric locations that will provide additional growth impetus for the Group.

To date, Yanlord has proactively extended its commercial property development projects, having acquired a considerable number of land parcels for commercial use and commenced the construction of retail malls, offices, hotels and serviced residence developments. Upon completion, the projects are expected to generate a stable rental income and increase asset value for the Group.
