We were the first Australian property company to be included on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) in 2001, and 2014 marked the 14th year we were listed on DJSI. Lendlease managed funds have been taking out top positions in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) with all five of our Asian funds in the top 10 spots against 42 other Asian funds in 2014.

Jem, delivered through Lendlease’s integrated model, is the first mixed-use development to achieve the Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum version 4 rating, the highest sustainability accolade in Singapore. We also were the first to introduce Green Leases to Singapore via 313@somerset. Recognising our sustainability leadership, we were invited by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority to be part of International Panel of Experts for Singapore’s 2nd Green Master Plan.
